HOW IT WORKS

Get started by booking a free 30 minute consultation with one of our Professional Coaches.  We’ll talk about your current situation, the changes you’d like to make, and decide if it makes sense to work together.

Once we’ve decided to move forward, we’ll schedule your 3 session fitness assessment.  During these sessions, we will be assessing your basic movement patterns, postural strength, cardiovascular performance, and joint mobility.  The results of this assessment will allow us to make a professional recommendation for training here based on your performance, goals, and budget.

After you’ve completed your assessment and received your initial training plan, the next step in the process is 1-2 months of introductory work with your Coach.  This may include up to 20 hours of private and small group training, individual nutrition education programming, stress management, recovery work, and goal setting.  We meet you where you are–throughout your introductory training, your Coach will train you in the basic gymnastic, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell movements we perform in private and group training sessions.  Your Coach may also recommend you to external specialists (physios, massage, naturopaths, etc) depending on your needs and goals.

After the introductory phase is complete, your Coach will create  3, 6, and 12 month action plans for you to move forward based on your goals.  This may include some combination of private training, group classes, and specialty programs.  These programs are as unique as the individuals in our gym and your Coach will be your personal advocate to ensuring success.  You are ready to do great things in here, and your Coach will be with you every step of the way.
