PRIVATE TRAINING

At Woodshed Strength, our Professional Coaches are available for Private Training as well. We highly recommend these session for clients and athletes who need more individualized attention. Private training sessions can be booked in 30 minute or 60 minute blocks and in single sessions or packages of 3, 5, and 10.

30 minute sessions are ideal for:

*Dedicated skill work
*Nutrition check-ins
*Goal Setting
*Extra conditioning or lifting session
*Gift Certificates
*Woodshed Level Testing (available 2018)

60 minute sessions are ideal for:

*Full movement assessments
*Work on multiple lifts or longer conditioning pieces
*6 month or yearlong planning
*Repeating or making up a class workout with individual attention
*Olympic Lifting (Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Accessory Work)
*Woodshed Level Testing (Available 2018)
