Forget Everything You Know About Fitness

I want you to forget everything you know about fitness for a minute.

Forget 5ks, forget circuit training, forget how many calories you burn on the bike.

Forget classes, forget workouts.

Forget the idea that fitness is something you attain, that it’s an end-state goal.

Instead, I want you to start here:
What are the things I’d like to do in my daily life without having to think about them first?

I’m not talking about outside goals–races, challenges, things you did ten years ago.

I’m talking about BEING. Carrying in groceries from the car without sitting in park for a minute or two to get ready. Getting down onto the floor and up again with your kids, over and over. Having the energy to get through this oddly fatiguing time at home day after day.

This is where fitness really starts: can you be the way you want to be every day?

The good news? You don’t need complicated workouts, restrictive diets, or endless stretching to make any of this happen. You need to do a few basic things pretty consistently. It won’t happen overnight, but it won’t take years either. You can do this, and we can help.

Want to know how? Let’s talk. (Over Zoom, for now!)
