At Woodshed Youth, we help kids burn off extra energy in a positive way. They lift, run, jump, and learn new skills that require attention and effort.
After class, they’re calmer, clearer, and more ready to focus at school or at home. Over time, they learn to tune in when it matters, because they know how good it feels to control their energy instead of letting it control them.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
