Just a simple, beginner-friendly workout where you’re guided from start to finish.


You Don’t Need to Be “In Shape”

Let’s clear this up right away.

You don’t need gym experience.
You don’t need to know the movements.
You don’t need to be strong, fast, or flexible.

You just need to show up.

We’ll explain everything.
We’ll demonstrate each movement.
We’ll adjust things for your body and comfort level.

This is for people who are starting out, starting over, or finally deciding they’re done waiting.

You can bring a friend who already trains here.

Or you can come on your own.

Either way, you won’t be left guessing.


What the Night Looks Like

We keep it simple and low-pressure.

You’ll move a little.
You’ll learn a few foundational exercises.
You’ll experience how we coach in a small, welcoming setting.

No spotlight.

By the end of the hour, you’ll know whether this is a place you could see yourself getting stronger.
