Building Healthy Habits That Stick

Healthy habits don’t happen overnight. And for kids, they don’t happen by accident.

At Woodshed Youth, we help kids build habits that last. We keep it simple: show up, move well, work hard, and support each other.

Over time, this routine becomes familiar and comforting. Kids start to look forward to class. They notice how they feel stronger and more capable each week. They learn that taking care of themselves is something they can control, and even enjoy.

Good habits in the gym often lead to better habits at home: more activity, better sleep, and a sense of ownership over their choices.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
