For a lot of kids, physical activity can feel awkward or uncomfortable. They might compare themselves to others, or worry about doing things “wrong.”
At Woodshed Youth, we create a space where strength isn’t about looking a certain way; it’s about feeling good in your body.
We teach kids how to move well, at their own pace, with support from coaches who meet them where they are. Over time, they start to feel more confident. Not just because they’re stronger, but because they’re more connected to their own movement.
That’s what it means to feel strong in your own skin.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
