From Shy to Strong

Some kids are naturally quiet and reserved. That’s not a bad thing, but shyness can hold them back from trying new things or speaking up for themselves.

At Woodshed Youth, we help shy kids find their strength, one small win at a time.

Lifting a weight. Learning a new movement. Finishing a workout. Each success helps them stand a little taller. They don’t have to change who they are, but they do learn they’re stronger and braver than they thought.

Confidence shows up in small moments. We help kids find it through movement, effort, and encouragement.

If you have a shy child who needs a safe space to grow, we’d love to meet them. First class is free!

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
