What Woodshed Is

We’re a strength and conditioning gym in Littleton, MA that specializes in coaching adults who want to move better, feel stronger, and train in a way that fits real life.

Most of our members are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s. They have families, jobs, and busy calendars. They want their workouts to be effective, sustainable, and something they actually look forward to.

We focus on:

  • A steady, supportive environment without the drama

You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to be ready to take the first step.

  • You want every workout to be wildly different. Our programs are designed to progress logically. There’s variety, but it’s purposeful—not random.
  • You don’t want coaching. Some people prefer to go it alone. That’s fine—but this isn’t that kind of gym. Every session here is coached.
  • You’re not ready to commit. Not perfectly, but consistently. Strength takes time. If your schedule or mindset won’t allow for that yet, this might not be the right time.
