Kids today have a lot on their plates—school, activities, screens, and social pressures. Sometimes it’s too much.

At Woodshed Youth, we give kids a place to work out stress in a healthy way. They run, lift, jump, and laugh with other kids. They learn how to push themselves safely, and they discover how good it feels to leave the gym tired but proud.
Exercise helps kids handle big feelings. It helps them sleep better, focus better, and face challenges with a calmer mind.
More movement means less stress—and more smiles.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
