Member Monday: Amanda B.

Today we want to to take a moment to celebrate one of our all-time favorite members…who is now one of our all-time favorite trainers!

Amanda runs our Tuesday and Thursday morning open gyms and, more notably, helms our CrossFit Kids program–the kids know her as Miss Amanda, the giver of planks, animal relays, and the all-important lesson that fitness can be a lot of fun!

An accomplished strength athlete, Amanda boasts a 200+ lb squat, a 300+ lb deadlift, and is an incredibly fun person to train with.  She is enthusiastic, kind, and makes every workout a better place.  We are lucky and proud to have her!
