When kids feel stuck—unmotivated, uncertain, or low on confidence—movement can help get things going again.

At Woodshed Youth, we start with small wins.

Finishing a workout. Learning a new skill. Lifting something heavier than last week. Each success builds on the one before it.

That momentum carries into school, sports, and everyday life. Kids start to realize: I can do hard things. I can keep going. I can get better.

And that’s where real change begins.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
