At Woodshed Youth, we focus on movement with purpose: squats that teach strength and control, carries that build grit, hangs and pushes that develop stability and coordination.

These aren’t just random workouts—they’re the building blocks for a stronger, more confident, and more capable body.

But movement also matters for the mind. We structure classes to help kids face challenge, get through hard moments, and come out feeling successful. It’s not about being the best athlete—it’s about growing stronger every week.

Kids (ages 5–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
