At Woodshed Youth, we meet kids where they are. We teach them how to move well, to lift safely, and to take pride in their effort—not in comparison to others, but based on their own progress.
Over time, movement becomes more natural. Their bodies feel stronger, more capable, and more theirs.
When kids feel at home in their bodies, everything gets better—confidence, participation, and even how they carry themselves outside the gym.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
