One of the best parts of coaching is watching a kid go from “I can’t” to “I did it.”
At Woodshed Youth, we build those moments in every class. We give kids the tools, support, and structure to try something that feels just out of reach, and then succeed.
Sometimes it’s finishing a full workout. Sometimes it’s lifting a little more weight. Sometimes it’s just showing up and trying again.
These are real wins. And every time a kid says, “I did it,” they walk a little taller.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
