Some days, kids don’t feel like trying. They’re tired, discouraged, or just not in the mood. We get it.
At Woodshed Youth, we talk a lot about consistency, not perfection.
We encourage kids to keep showing up, even on the tough days. And we meet them where they are. Sometimes the win is finishing a workout. Sometimes it’s just getting through warm-ups with a good attitude.
These are lessons that matter: that effort counts, that being present is powerful, and that we don’t always need to be at 100% to grow.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
