The Gym Questions

Most important questions right now, in order:
1) Will my gym keep me safe while I am working out?
2) Can my gym help me get the results I want?
3) Can my gym help me feel the way I want to feel while I am working out?

We’ve got a 5000 sq. foot facility and are keeping our small group sessions to eight at a time, with athletes training at distances of 16-17 feet from each other. We continue to train 1-1 sessions. We wipe, clean, disinfect, and organize several times a day. If you’re not yet comfortable coming into the gym, we can train you online. You tell us where you want to work out and we will meet you there to help.
