In just one class at Woodshed Youth, kids move their bodies, learn new skills, overcome challenges, and leave the gym with a boost in energy and confidence.
Our program is designed to be consistent and effective—one hour at a time. We don’t need long, grueling sessions. We focus on meaningful, purposeful movement that builds strength both physically and mentally.
That hour becomes a highlight of the week. It’s a break from school stress, screen time, and outside pressure. It’s time kids can own for themselves—where they learn, grow, and come out the other side a little stronger.
Over time, these hours add up. And kids start to see how far they’ve come.

Kids (ages 6–8): Mondays 4:30–5:00, Saturdays 10:00–10:30
Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
Teens (ages 12–18): Thursdays 4:30–5:30, Saturdays 11:15–12:15
