At Woodshed Youth, we help kids find the balance.
We give them a place to move with purpose—to lift, run, jump, push, pull, and carry. Physical effort in a structured, supportive setting isn’t just good for their bodies—it sharpens their minds.
After a good workout, kids feel calmer, more focused, and more in control. They carry that into their schoolwork, their activities, and their everyday life.
Movement isn’t just about fitness—it’s about giving kids the energy and focus they need to show up fully in everything they do.

- Mids (ages 9–11): Mondays 5:00–5:45, Saturdays 10:30–11:15
