Most folks don’t join a gym just to say they’ve joined a gym.  Not in our experience, at least.

We hear a lot of different things when we sit down with a prospective member.  The most compelling stories are the ones that come from somewhere deep: folks who want to get healthier, folks who want to feel better, folks who want to be better spouses and parents.

But ultimately, it all comes down to change.  Something isn’t working, or something isn’t working as well as we’d like.  We’re tired.  We’re bored.  We want to feel like we did when we were twenty…mostly.

The thing is, change is change.  It’s hard.  It can be scary.

At Woodshed, we don’t have all the answers. (Just most of them.)  But we do know that the decision to change your circumstances and seek out better for yourself is monumental in scope, and we honor that with a soft landing.

Forget the stuff about joining a gym.  Want to change how you move, feel, and look?  It starts with a conversation.

We say: How can we help?  You tell us.  Then we figure out where we need to go.
