All of our members begin with personal training sessions to learn our movements and start their journeys on the right foot. Many members will continue with 1-1 sessions even after entry into group class.
1-1 Training can be a game-changer for the novice or veteran athlete. Personal sessions allow us to train you at your own pace and on your own calendar, pushing as you approach goals and peaks while helping you navigate the valleys of a busy life.
