Coach Andréa accidentally found a better way to work out after meeting a personal trainer who opened his own gym in 2008. With his help, she started leaning out, getting stronger, experiencing improved mental clarity and had more stamina for her recreational-soccer league. She loves helping athletes reach their goals and using the mirror as a scale.

Coach Tony used fitness to stop smoking after 13 years of being addicted to nicotine. He was the guy who would drive up to the gym with a cigarette in his mouth and light up as soon as the workout was over. Once he saw what he was capable of, he ditched the smokes and started running faster and lifting heavier. Tony is warm, friendly and understanding, and he loves a good competition.
