Warmup (10 min): Empty bar, Clean and Press x 5 (45/30/15)

Strength (25 min): Press
Men work to 68% x 5, 77% x 3, 85% x 1+
Women work 50%x5, 60%x2, 70%x2x3, 80%x2

Assistance (Btw Sets):
1) Grip & Upper Back: 2-4 sets of 1-5 negatives
2) Abs: Ab Wheel, 3 sets of 5-10 reps

Skill Work (20 min):
Handstand, HSPU, Kip Swing, Kipping Pullup
Pick one or two OR roll out and stretch.
(No walking around looking busy–use these 20 minutes productively)
